This product uses water-based epoxy modified resin and water-based curing agent, additives and non-toxic pigment filler, with pure water as the dispersion medium, combined with advanced nanocrystal technology refined, can replace the oily epoxy rust prevention primer of a new generation of heavy anticorrosive high-performance waterborne paint. During the water-based coating process, there will be no flash rust or rust on the substrate surface. Waterborne epoxy primer has excellent anti-corrosion and anti-rust properties. The adhesion of the coating to stainless steel, aluminum alloy and galvanized sheet is strong, the adhesion is firm, and the paint film does not fall off. The coating can be applied thickly to increase the anti-corrosion effect.
The film has good mechanical properties, impact strength, flexibility and hardness meet the product standards.
