BF Floor-600/601/602 is a series of ultra-wear-resistant aliphatic polyurethane Floor coatings, made of aliphatic polyurethane resin. It has excellent adhesion, bright color, no yellows, easy to clean, stain resistance, oil pen erasable, super wear-resistant, and can resist the friction of common metals. Surface frosted effect, good anti-slip performance, is an outstanding ground coating.
The Floor-600 has the best scratch resistance and a hard, frosted surface for heavy loads and high non-slip requirements.
The Floor-601 has a slightly orange peel surface that feels smooth and is suitable for indoor floors with light/medium loads and low scratch resistance requirements.
Floor-602 has excellent scratch resistance and hardness, maintains non-slip fine lines on the surface, and is easier to clean than Floor-600, which is suitable for the vast majority of workshops, offices, laboratories, corridors and other floors.
BF Floor-600/601/602 product does not contain lead and mercury heavy metals, does not contain low boiling point toxic volatiles, uses high boiling point environmental protection solvent, almost no odor, and the total VOC content is less than 10%, protect the atmosphere and environment, protect the health of users, is a safe storage and transportation, safe use of advanced coating materials.
BF Floor-600/601/602 series products can also be used as an ultra-wear-resistant mask without the addition of D component color paste, with excellent hardness and aesthetics.
1、Construction conditions: Epoxy/polyurethane with low surface tension materials such as wax and silicone should be polished first. The relative humidity of the air is below 55%, and the ground temperature and air temperature are 0~35℃. If the temperature is lower than 0℃, construction should be avoided.
2、Material mixing sequence: First add component D to Component A, then rinse the packaging bucket of color paste D with component B, pour all the color paste and component B into the bucket of component A, after Z, add component C into the bucket of barrel A, and electric stirring for 3-5min until uniform. Component D is the color paste part, there is A slight precipitation is normal, should be all the D component into the A component, there will be residual will cause two barrels of color difference. A/B/C/D components must be mixed proportionally, and the ratio must not be changed at will. No other solvents or diluents are allowed in this product.
3、Construction method: trowel flat scraping, at the same time with a roller roller. After a group of materials is mixed, the construction should be completed in 15 minutes. This product belongs to the surface coating, has a low surface tension, the construction must be formed once, do not allow recoating.
4、Reference amount: 0.12~0.2kg/㎡.
